The compost system at DELCO Farm utilizes chicken manure from the livestock farm, recycling it into high-quality organic fertilizer to improve soil quality and boost crop yields. This project was directly researched, developed, and installed by DELCO’s engineering team
Integrated Smart Control
The system at DELCO Farm employs automated control technology, enabling a closed-loop production process—from collection and transportation to processing—fully automated according to standardized formulas. Key parameters such as temperature, humidity, and microbial activity are monitored via sensors, ensuring consistent, loose, and nutrient-rich compost quality.
Installation Process
The installation of the compost production line demanded high precision, particularly when handling large-scale machinery with a load capacity exceeding 70 tons. From transportation and assembly to operational testing, every step was executed systematically, adhering strictly to occupational safety regulations. Thanks to efficient construction methods, DELCO completed the project with an accelerated installation timeline of just 20 days. The system is now fully installed and undergoing trial operations, with the first compost batch expected to be finalized by January 2025.
